We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, please read our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Certain products (personal care items, intimate goods, custom items) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return Process:

1. Email us at support@wristora.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
